Our story
Sahā was founded to bridge two worlds we know intimately: the deep pool of skilled, hardworking professionals in South Africa, and the US businesses that need great people but struggle to find them.
We started this because we've lived both sides. We understand the South African talent market. What makes someone exceptional, how to spot drive and capability, how to assess fit beyond the resume. And we understand what US businesses actually need: reliable people who show up, communicate clearly, and integrate into a team.
That combination is rarer than it should be. So we built Sahā to deliver it consistently.

Founder
Originally from Durban, South Africa, Sudika moved to the US 14 years ago and brings both perspectives to everything Sahā does. She leads recruiting strategy and builds the processes that let us consistently find the best people. She has a rare gift for reading cultural fit, knowing which candidate will actually thrive inside a specific company, not just on paper.

Recruiting Operations Manager
Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Jasmin runs the day-to-day of Sahā. She sources candidates, conducts interviews, manages our screening and scoring process, and keeps the engine humming. She brings a blend of marketing and recruiting experience, which means she's constantly testing new ways to find and engage the right people.
