Our story

Two markets. One bridge.

Sahā was founded on a conviction we've tested from both sides. South Africa has a deep, underutilized pool of world-class talent, and US businesses are desperate for people who actually show up, communicate well, and care about the work.

The gap isn't supply. It's matching. Knowing how to read a South African resume, how to assess drive and cultural adaptability, and how to translate that into a hire that works for an American team. Most recruiters get one side right. We've built Sahā to get both.

Originally from Durban, South Africa, Sudika moved to the US 14 years ago and brings both perspectives to everything Sahā does. She leads recruiting strategy and builds the processes that let us consistently find the best people. She has a rare gift for reading cultural fit, knowing which candidate will actually thrive inside a specific company, not just on paper.

Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Jasmin runs the day-to-day of Sahā. She sources candidates, conducts interviews, manages our screening and scoring process, and keeps the engine humming. She brings a blend of marketing and recruiting experience, which means she's constantly testing new ways to find and engage the right people.
